Our goal is to achieve one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us. However, because we provide personalized goods, we cannot accept returns unless there is an error on our part or the items are faulty. Please return any faulty items within 30 days of receipt for investigation. Note that the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification.”

What happens if you want to cancel an order?
We strive to ensure the shortest possible delivery times. To provide you with a fast delivery service, many orders are dispatched within hours. Consequently, it is not always possible to cancel your order.
Once an order is placed, costs are incurred, including those for artwork production, materials procurement, and vendor orders, all of which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and fees. If you cancel an order after it has been placed, RY Photography reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs, and any other expenses incurred from the time we received your payment until the cancellation request was processed.
